Product Manager
At BetterCloud, my role is similar to that of an architect, shaping the systems that power user and
workflow management for IT teams. I focus on building not just features, but scalable solutions that
redefine how customers interact with their data and automations.
One of my early priorities was strengthening identity management. I refined profile merge logic and
introduced manual profile adjustments through the UI, giving admins more control, improving data
accuracy, and reducing errors. These changes turned what used to be a pain point into a more reliable,
user-friendly experience.
I also reimagined the way we deliver customer-requested automation actions. Instead of handling requests
as one-off solutions, I led the move toward productized workflow features that serve the full customer
base. This shift increased adoption, reduced maintenance work for engineering, and created a more
sustainable model for scaling integrations.
Another important focus has been transparency and trust. With the Precise Action-Level Error Reasoning
initiative, I helped transform how customers understand skipped workflow actions. Instead of vague
support messages, they now receive clear explanations and guidance they can act on. This empowers them
to resolve issues on their own, reduces support tickets, and builds confidence in workflow reporting.
Looking ahead, I am leading the development of AI-powered Admin Insights, a reporting feature that
allows IT teams to use natural language to explore their data. By providing customizable compliance
reports, ROI analysis, and integration recommendations, this initiative positions BetterCloud as more
than a workflow engine. It is becoming a strategic partner for IT and security leaders.
Inside the company, I work on building practices that make teams more effective. I created a
prioritization framework that brings clarity to backlog decisions and ensures that engineering effort
goes to the highest-value work. I also run discovery and validation sessions with customers, turning
feedback into measurable adoption metrics that guide our roadmap. By improving internal tools and
redefining ownership, I have helped remove bottlenecks and make collaboration between Product,
Engineering, and Customer Success more seamless.
I am still shaping this journey at BetterCloud, helping customers gain more trust, visibility, and value
from their SaaS environments and ensuring that our platform continues to grow with them.
